We're confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt providing it's unused and carefully repacked in its original packaging. We'll be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or alternatively to make a refund directly onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. Unfortunately we're not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charge.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the unused item and we'll be happy to offer you a full refund including any delivery charge.

The delivery note that came with your parcel has detailed instructions of how to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is securely wrapped and send your returned item back to us using the returns label attached to the dispatch note that was also in your parcel.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as items lost in transit will not be classed as returned, unless proof of postage can be demonstrated.
